The present school - which is in the old manor - was opened in 1961, with only three classrooms.
The manor had a strong metal fence with a spectacular wrought iron gate. The 10 hectare park aroung the manor was the resting place for the residents and the guests as well.
The inner area of the chapel is rounded; its arched ceiling holds the Calvary. Bent staircase leads to the top from both sides. A banister runs along the stairs and around on the top made from carved stones.
"Christ and the village" stands on the bottom of the woodden cross which stands at the crossroad between Alsópetény, Keszeg and Nézsa. It was erected in 1938 to commemorate to the 34th Eucharistic Year, by József (Joseph) Laluja and his wife.
At the beginning of the 17th century its landlord is Tamás (Thomas) Bosnyák head captain of Fülek. After his death in 1631 his widow Kata (Kate) Zádory is the landlady. In 1635 their son, István (Stephen) Bosnyák, canon of Esztergom takes over.
This present church was renovated in 1700 from donations of the residents; stones were used from the old church's walls. In the 1760s, with support from István Klobusitzky a tower was added, then in 1799 it was rebuilt and extended; another extention followed in 1934 when a new tower was erected instead of the old one. A complete refurbishment took place in 1998.
